Glow, glow, glow! Turmeric and pineapple bring their anti-inflammatory properties into this sweet, vegan protein smoothie. Thanks to our mate, Chef Guy Turland of Bondi Harvest for this morning (or lunchtime, or afternoon) no-so-naughty treat 

1 cup pineapple diced

1/2 mango, diced

2 tablespoons Hemple hemp seed protein 

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 teaspoons turmeric

1 tablespoons honey

1 cup coconut milk

Method

In a high power blender, mosh pit those ingredients into the most delicious yellow smoothie.
