Spring into summer with this refreshing tropical smoothie, with a delicious raspberry sauce!

1 cup organic frozen mango
1 cup organic frozen papaya
1 tbsp Hemple Protein
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup coconut or almond milk
Raspberry Sauce Ingredients
2 cups frozen organic frozen Raspberries
1/4 cup coconut water plus a little extra
1 date (optional)
To make the Raspberry Sauce simply combine your frozen raspberries with a dash of the coconut water in a blender!
Blitz on high until well combined! You will only need a bit of liquid to break down the berries! You want a slightly liquid consistency!
Once blended store in a clean jar in your fridge for the perfect breakfast topper or dessert sauce!
For the smoothie, combine all ingredients into your blender or bullet! Blend on high until smooth and creamy!
Taste and alter to your liking!
To assemble, in a clean glass or jar place a couple spoon full’s of your Raspberry sauce in the base of the glass, top with your smoothie mixture and watch the magic swirls happen!
